I was given "Glimpses of the Church Fathers" by my wife. I finished the book in record time. I found that I was "dog earring" far too many pages due to the great content so I had to stop that practice. I've since bought the book for my nephew for his confirmation. I'm now purchasing two copies for the individuals that my wife and I are sponsoring as they enter the church on Easter Sunday.

I had previously been intimidated to read the Early Church Fathers. However this book put their writings into small doses that made them easy to understand. Each section is brief and perfect for a quick read in a busy day.
